Doug Saavedra,

Doug is a litigator with experience representing business clients of all sizes in commercial and employment litigation. He has represented clients across an array of industries, including real estate, construction, automotive, healthcare, and hospitality, advocating for clients in high stakes and complex matters from pre-litigation through trial. Doug’s diverse experience is ideal for clients who need a focused litigator with versatility to handle issues unique to their business.

In his practice, Doug has represented plaintiffs and defendants in breach of contract cases, trade secret misappropriation matters, real estate disputes, and employment litigation cases involving class and PAGA representative actions, wage and hour, harassment, and discrimination claims.

Doug earned his J.D. from UC Davis School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board, Trial Practice Honors Board, and Business Law Journal. He holds a B.A. in English from UC Davis and studied International Law at the University of Copenhagen.
