As a former law clerk to two federal district judges, Jeremy Faulkner knows how to carefully evaluate the trial record and how to communicate complex material in an understandable manner. Jeremy assisted judges on a wide range of complex, high-stakes litigation related to consumer protection laws, intellectual property, class actions, employment laws, criminal cases, and more. Jeremy’s strengths lie in his legal research and writing abilities, organizational skills, and his ability to work closely with colleagues.

Jeremy strengthened his litigation skills as an associate at a large national law firm. While there, he represented clients in breach of contract and mass action claims and advised clients on complicated regulatory issues. In the pro bono context, Jeremy has drafted emergency motions for a client in deportation proceedings and helped another client establish residency. Jeremy is adept at drafting pleadings, motions, appeals, and collaborating across teams.

Jeremy graduated in the top 10% of his law school class (Order of the Coif), and was an editorial board member of his school’s Natural Resources Journal. Jeremy is also a former Peace Corps volunteer.
